Why to do job before you start your own business?
You might have heard that business starts with idea not with experience or not with capital and what not!! Its all there in the movies and quotes. It sounds good but not all the people who migrate to Hollywood becomes an actor.
Sooner or later you will realize that with a weak base you can build a tower but that sculpture will become debris with even a small quake.
Here I will tell you why to start your career with a job and gain that learning curve to be a strong entrepreneur.
Why job?
Job gives you the following ingredients to be a successful entrepreneur.
1.Paid Education :
Experienced CEO s suggest that, "As long as you're learning something new, you're winning."
2.Problem Solving Ability:
Don't get discouraged when problems arise. It's OK to feel- like things aren't going too well. You were hired for a reason, and "without problems, you wouldn't have a job. "A job will definitely teach you -- dwelling on the challenges, staying focused, positive, and offering valuable solutions.
3.Give more than what you are paid for:
Zig Ziglar has said , “When we do more than we are paid to do, eventually we will be paid more for what we do.”
We are always expected to be multi-tasker and have long unpaid working hours but don't get disheartened, you are building the strong "Give Extra" attitude and getting ready for entrepreneurship. It will teach you to offer more than your product or service price to your end user.
4. Daily Motivation
Make a motivation a habit.
5. Inward Change
People do what they want, whether you like it or not. People may choose to treat you differently when you behave differently. At job you learn to innovate to get the desired output. You learn to get the things done with the same circumstances from the same people but with different attitude and manner.
